At Figures Toy Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
